Position: Procurement Officer

*Responsibilities &tasks:
1. Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement.
2. Participate in setting up and maintain a database of local suppliers, detailing criteria of quality, price, service, ethics etc.
3. Tenders preparation and analysis of data provided by suppliers and prepare all the supporting documents.
4. Implement the project procurement plan for procurement of goods, in line with the project implementation plan.
5. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to Syria office and projects/programs.
6. Ensure full compliance of procurement activities with the Organization Procurement Manual, and Financial police, relevant Organizational Directive, and Administrative Instructions.
Requirement & skills:
1- University degree preference for Business Administration Economics.
2- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
3- Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills.
4- High communication and case management skills.
5- Fluently in Arabic &English language.
6- Full-time and able to work under pressure.
