The MEAL Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability and analyses of data collected from the field. He/she works closely with the programs teams to provide reliable information for coordination and management decision making and recommendations on projects. The MEAL reports directly to the Executive Director.

- Ensure accurate data from the field, measure its usability, and integrate into the central database and reporting.

- Supervise the information collected through the feedback mechanism and complaints.

- Communicate with the project coordinator to take instructions and field teams in terms of decisions and complaints when necessary.

- Assist the coordinator in the design and conduct of the participatory survey monitoring implementation.

- Support the team in the design and dissemination of research and studies by providing relevant inputs.

Requirement & skills:

- University degree.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience.

- Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills.

- High communication and case management skills.

- Fluently in English language.

- Full-time and able to work under pressure.
