Responsibilities & Tasks: 
- The Civil field Engineer will be in responsible of all technical activities related to construction and will ensure the efficient and smooth implementation of the shelter projects in targeted areas. 
- He will work with several volunteers who work and being trained with Silk Road inside Syria.
- Direct supervision of all activities related to the project.
Preparation of technical studies, books of conditions and bill of quantities within the framework of the implementation of project activities.
- Submit periodic reports on the progress of work and the progress of the project.
- Follow-up the delivery of all work and activities of the project in accordance with the technical conditions and specifications. 

Requirements & Skills:
- A University degree in a Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years' Experience.
- Excellent computer & Microsoft Office skills.
- High communication and case management skills.
- Fluently in English language.
- Full-Time and able to work under pressure.
