Distribution of Non-Food items for IDP's in camps

As part of activities of the "Nehna Labaad Ya Khay" campaign carried out by Silk Road Organization in the northern and western parts of Aleppo, non-food items were distributed to 150 IDP’s families (1039 people) in Al-Shahba camp in the northern district of Azaz.
Silk Road team also held consultative meetings with local community representatives to ensure that the material we will provide is commensurate with the needs of these families. The distribution was completed on 7 January 2017. The contents of the items were as follows:

Sleeping Mats: 600

Blankets: 600

Gallon Plastic: 300

Diapers: 300

Insulators: 150

Mats: 150

Flashlights: 150

Kitchen kits: 150

Hygiene kits: 150

Silk Road Organization had assigned a phone number for complaints and an e-mail to follow up complaints from beneficiaries about improving the distribution process.
